D.A. Hinton

D.A. grew up playing and enjoying multiple sports; however, he eventually found a love for football, which led him to a scholarship to play at Sacred Heart University in Connecticut. There, he received his bachelors in English and went on to continue his education at UCF, receiving a Masters degree in Exercise Science, as well as earning the certification of a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) from NSCA.

As an athletic but very thin teenager, D.A. found mentorship in only a handful of coaches. Those coaches helped instill the importance of preparation and strength training. However, during those years, D.A. also learned that unfortunately, not all coaches or trainers genuinely care about the people they work with and can easily underestimate a person if they fail to see beyond that individual's current physique. Not long after college, he made up his mind to be a coach who sincerely puts his heart into everyone he gets to work with, in hopes that they don't feel overlooked or underestimated but confident in their potential.

Some of the most impactful and important experiences of D.A.'s life have been inside of a gym and he loves to help bring that to other teens as well as young professionals, teaching them the science of movement and the power of consistency. He also loves working with parents who desire to have better health and more energy than their kids, but also for their kids.
