Miguel Carodine

As a former gator football athlete, Miguel was a  part of the 2006 and 2008 national championship football teams. His passion and interest for athletics led him to pursue a career in strength and conditioning. He currently has over 10 years of strength and conditioning/ sports performance experience and has had stints as a strength coach at USF, Georgetown University, UCF, and most recently his alma mater the University of Florida.

Miguel has always been intrigued with education and the complexities of the human body. He received his first certification through the Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) his senior year in high school. In college, his awareness of athletic development strategies broadened as he was introduced to elite collegiate strength and conditioning. As a football player he embraced the grind of training which sparked his interest to pursue coaching. He went on to accumulate multiple certifications including the certified strength and conditioning specialist certification through the National Association of strength and conditioning along with the strength and conditioning coach certification through the collegiate strength and conditioning association, both which are the gold standards of training certifications. He has also acquired a masters degree in exercise science with a concentration in performance enhancement and injury prevention!

Miguel has a passion for human performance. Although the majority of his coaching experience is with athletes, he strives to use his prowess to assist any human to perform and feel better. his coaching mission is to educate, inform, and empower people  by building relationships and providing them with the accountability, discipline, and mindset needed to be successful in sport or life.
